Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa
guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate
volume in all treatment areas. Our lounge areas are the perfect place for conversations.
For the respect of all spa guests' tranquility, cell phones are not permitted in
the treatment areas. Please turn all cell phones and pagers off and place them in
the lockers.
We provide all the necessities for your spa visit. Our robes, towels, slippers,
and toiletries are available for your convenience. We ask that you help keep the
facilities clean by placing used robes and towels in the provided hampers.
Spa Policy
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
This allows you ample time to fill out a client profile to prepare for your treatment
and visit the spa's private steam room before beginning services.
Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24
hours advance notice for cancellation of services. If you are within this booking
time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will
be in effect. Without this notification you will be billed for each service. A credit
card account number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies
to gift card holders.
All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full
enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest
experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension
of scheduled treatments. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder
of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service.
Un-used products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full
refund.
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect
your service when making your spa reservation.
Please specify therapist gender preference at the time of booking. Speak with the
therapist directly about style and depth of pressure. You must be 18 or over to
receive massage treatments.
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Spa
Concierge to guide you in selecting the treatments that are appropriate for you
during this special time.
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment
is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.
Please keep all valuables securely locked in your locker during your visit. For
the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe that is provided.
All major credit cards accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
Rates do not include gratuity. 18%-20% is both appropriate and appreciated. A cash
gratuity is especially appreciated.
